Welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 367! Our theme this week is WATERCOLOR and our lovely sponsor is Crafty Girl Creations. Please visit her site to see the wonderful images she has available! I chose "Snow Globe Ice Cream Cone" and watercolored it with Tombow markers and an aqua brush. The "snow" was made using VersaMark with white embossing powder and then heat set. I made a dotted border with a brown marker and layered the image on green patterned paper from my stash. I ran a brown piece of cardstock through a Darice snowflake embossing folder and layered the image on top of this. The sentiment is from Fun Stampers Journey and the finishing touch is 3 red rhinestones for the berries.
Thank you so much for stopping by - it's always great to see you! Please see the other wonderful cards at this weeks challenge HERE and be sure to get your watercolored project linked up for a chance to win some product from Crafty Girl Creations! Have a wonderful day!!
About Me
- Terri Winske
- Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....follow along if you'd like and see what we can create!!

PIP Challenge 1744
Welcome to Pammies Inky Pinkies (PIP) Challenge 1744, where our theme on this 5th Monday is "Thankful". Our wonderful sponsor this week is MHK Designs, and I used a digital stamp set called "Rosy Elements". I love MHK Designs because the images are so versatile....please visit Mynn'ssite to see all the lovely things she has to offer!!
I printed my leaves and flowers, then fussy cut them all out and colored them with Copic markers. I glued them to white cardstock, which I layered on pink cardstock. I cut out the sentiment and mounted it on a die cut scalloped square. I popped this up with pop dots. My finishing touches were pink gems in the corners and a bit of Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen (quickly becoming my new favorite embellishment!!)
Please check out the beautiful cards by the other design team members HERE, and thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

PIP Challenge 1743
Welcome to PIP Challenge 1743, an "Anything Goes" challenge sponsored by Fred She Said. Please visit their site for some beautiful images!! This image is called Scribbled Floral 1 and was so easy to work with! I colored it with Copic markers and mounted it on 2 pieces of colored cardstock from my stash. I had originally started with a white background, but it didn't look right, so I sponged a background using Pineapple Smoothie ink and also a sentiment from Fun Stampers Journey. I added some Wink of Stella to the flower petals and an orange rhinestone at the base of each flower.
As always, Thank you so much for stopping by. Please be sure to check out the other design team members' beautiful cards at the challenge, and get yours linked up for a chance to win a prize from our sponsor! Have a wonderful day!!
