About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Terri. I started crafting at an early age when my grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels. Over the years I've tried many other crafting mediums, and have found my favorite in rubber stamping. My wonderful guy (Craig) supports me in everything I do........I'm very blessed!! I love learning new things and hopefully will inspire others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....have a wonderful day!

PIP Challenge 2048

This image is called "Lovebirdz" and is from Mo's Digital Pencil.  It's for our "Animal" theme Challenge 2048 at PIP Challenges this week. Please visit Mo's Digital Pencil to see some great images!!  I colored the image with Copic markers and then daubered a piece of white scrap paper blue to make it look like sky behind them.  I embossed a piece of white cardstock with the "Woodland Textured" embossing folder from Stampin' Up.  All this was layered on white cardstock.  The sentiment is from Door County Rubber Stamps.  Please visit our Challenge 2048 and uplink your creation for a chance to win a really nice prize from PIP Challenges!  Thanks for stopping by, and have a great week!

PIP Challenge 2046

It's time again for another PIP Challenge.....YAY!  Challenge 2046 is an "Anything Goes" challenge sponsored by Newton's Nook. I absolutely love Newton's Nook, and this time I wanted to showcase one of their lovely stencils.  It's called "Cascading Stars Stencil" and it makes such an interesting background!  I used 4 shades of blue ink to sponge over the stencil and then added a couple of die cut images in the same color as the layering color.  A little touch of Sparkle Marker from Spectrum Noir on the balloons, and I was finished.  You can check out all the great products at Newton's Nook at their website.  Please visit our challenge and uplink your idea for a chance to win a gift code from Newton's Nook!  What an awesome prize!!  Thanks for stopping by - have a great week!!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 469 and 470

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 469

Welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Chalenge 469 - sponsored by Sweet N Sassy.  The theme is "Show Me The Candy".  Thanks so much to Sweet N Sassy for providing an image for us to use.  This cute gumball machine caught my eye.  I tried to keep the card CAS, using a mask and sponged ink for the background of it.  The gumball machine was colored with Copic markers. I used a corner punch to add interest, and just a few gems for accent.  Please visit Sweet N Sassy to see all their great products.  And be sure to check out our Challenge 469. Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 470

Welcome also to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 470 - sponsored by DRS Designs.  The theme is "Sending Thanks".  You can check out this gorgeous image and all the other great products at DRS Designs HERE.  The image was colored with Copic markers and then layered on cardstock from my stash.  Just a touch of Spectrum Noir Sparkle Marker to add some accent.  Please visit Challenge 470 to see some great inspiration from the other design team members.  Can't wait to see what you create!!
