About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Terri. I started crafting at an early age when my grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels. Over the years I've tried many other crafting mediums, and have found my favorite in rubber stamping. My wonderful guy (Craig) supports me in everything I do........I'm very blessed!! I love learning new things and hopefully will inspire others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....have a wonderful day!

PIP Challenge 2030

Welcome to PIP Challenge 2030, an Anything Goes Challenge, sponsored by PIP Challenges this week.  Our prize is from Mo Manning Digital Stamps, and you don't want to miss out on a chance to win this one!!  My image from Mo Manning is called "Summer Girl" and she was colored with Impress Markers and Copics.  I fussy cut her out and then layered her on "sand" and "water" created with an embossing folder. I used Spectrum Noir Sparkle Marker on the water, glasses and ice cream bar.  If you look close, you can see it!  Please visit our Challenge 2030 and uplink your image for a chance to win that awesome prize from Mo Manning!  Have a great week!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 462

Welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 462, where our sponsor this week is Wink Wink Ink.  Our theme is "Favorite Embellishment".  Please check out all the awesome products at Wink Wink Ink!  I had a hard time deciding what my favorite embellishment was.  It came down to glitter/sparkly....and die cuts.  So I used both.  I printed the image on Northwoods water color paper and watercolored it with Tombow markers.  I layered it on scraps from my paper stash and the die cut the Happy Birthday.  I finished it off with glitter.  This will be for one of my great nephews whose birthday is on Halloween.  Please visit our Challenge 462 and uplink your creation for a chance to win a really nice prize from Wink Wink Ink!  Thanks so much for stopping by!

PIP Challenge 2029

Welcome to PIP Challenge 2029, an Anything Goes challenge, sponsored this week by Polkadoodles.  Thank you to Polkadoodles for providing an image for the design team members to use.  I couldn't resist this cute "Hello". I'm making this to send to a friend and former co-worker who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer.  I know it will bring a smile to his face, and purple is the color for pancreatic cancer. I colored the image with Copic markers and cut it and the background paper with oval dies, then mounted them on purple cardstock from my stash. I added just a touch of Spectrum Noir Sparkle Marker to the butterflies.  I hope you will check out all the wonderful products at Polkadoodles and also visit our Challenge 2029 to see some great inspiration from the design team.  Make sure to uplink your creation for a chance to win a nice prize from Polkadoodles!  Thanks so much for stopping by - have a great week!

PIP Challenge 2028

Welcome to PIP Challenge 2028, sponsored this week by the lovely Di's Digis. Thanks to Di's Digis for being such a valued and consistent sponsor for us - we really appreciate you!!
My card this week is what I call a "Clean-up" card.  It's made from all scraps that I "cleaned up" around the work station!! The beautiful designer paper was from a wonderful friend (thanks, Judy!!) and the sentiment was from My Sentiments Exactly. I edged the flowers with a little black ink to match.  Imagine me.....matchy, matchy!! 😊  Please visit our challenge to see the other pretty cards and uplink yours for a chance to win a really nice prize from Di's Digis.  Have an awesome week!!
