PIP Challenge 2247

Welcome to PIP Challenge 2247, and in Wisconsin.....welcome to winter!!  We had our first measurable snowfall of the season last night, so my card is fitting in perfectly with the weather!! Our challenge is sponsored this week by StarStampz, and I'd like to give a big shoutout to them for providing images for the design team members to use!!  They have such nice images, so be sure to check them out at StarStampz Website.  I colored this image with Copic markers and used a die cut to frame it out.  Then it was a matter of layering pieces of cardstock from my stash to finish the card.  I'm not sure yet if this will be a Christmas Card or a birthday card.....can't decide!  Please visit Challenge 2247 to see what the other design team members created this week.  We look forward to seeing your creations also.....and there's a chance you'll win a great prize from StarStampz!!!  Thanks so much for stopping by!!
