I fussy cut it out and then layered it on a scalloped circle die cut. I added a scrap from my stash and drew a border around the edge. This is called Coffee Cup 4. Please visit Jan's Digi Stamps to see all her wonderful products!!  This is one of my favorite images by Jan and I've used it many times.
