About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....follow along if you'd like and see what we can create!!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 345

Welcome to another Tuesday Throwdown Challenge!! Our theme this week is "stitching" and we are sponsored by Kim Sherrod - Lily Patch Boutique. Be sure to check out the great products that Kim has to offer!!

My image this week is from Stampin' Up, and I used a piercing grid to make my stitching marks.  It was really fun!!  I added some bling crystals in the flower center to finish off the card.  Thank you so much for stopping by....I hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend, and I look forward to seeing your "stitching" creation in our challenge!!

  1. Very pretty! I love your color combo!

  2. This is so pretty! Love the whimsical faux stitching.

  3. Terri, I love your card. Great color combo and layout. You're going to teach me about the stitching grid, right? I can use all the help I can get!

  4. I love the look of this watercolored flower and the dsp strip looks like tiny raindrops! Such a great combo and a beautiful card!
