About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....follow along if you'd like and see what we can create!!

PIP Challenge 1748

Welcome to PIP Challenge 1748, an "Anything Goes" Challenge sponsored this week by the wonderful MHK Designs.  Please visit Mynn's website and browse her beautiful images.  I am working this week with images from "Glory of the Lord" digital stamp set.  I colored the flower with Copic markers and fussy cut it out.  I mounted it on an embossed piece of white cardstock, then added a piece of peach ribbon from my stash and a few peach gem stones.  I used my Sparkle Markers from Spectrum Noir to add some glitter to the flowers.  Lastly, I mounted the sentiment on a scalloped square die cut and raised it with pop dots.   Please visit our challenge blog to see the other design team members' beautiful cards and be sure to get your entry linked up for a chance to win a prize from our sponsor.  Thanks so much for stopping by, and have a wonderful day!!

  1. Terri, this is so pretty! Love the choice of peach and the flowers really stand out against your background paper. Dude nite, thinking I should send all my embellishment doodads because you use them far better than me...
