About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....follow along if you'd like and see what we can create!!

PIP Challenge 1837

Welcome to PIP Challenge 1837, an Anything Goes challenge, sponsored this week by Sparkle N Sprinkle.  Thank you very much to Sparkle N Sprinkle for providing this lovely image for us to work with!  It's called Happiness Greetings.  Be sure to check out their website for some very lovely images!

I colored the flower and leaves with Copic markers and then fussy cut out the leaves and attached to the flower image.  I used Fun Stampers Journey dies (Journey Circles) to cut out the sentiment and popped it up with pop dots.  I added a few enamel dots for accent and used a Spectrum Noir sparkle marker on the flower. I found some coordinating paper in my stash to layer it all up.  Please visit our challenge this week to see some amazing inspiration from our design team members and be sure to get your project linked up for a chance to win a very nice prize from our sponsor.  Thank you so much for stopping by, and have a wonderful day!
