Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 423

Welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 423.  Our theme this challenge is EMBOSSING, so get out your embossing folders and go crazy!!  Our wonderful sponsor this time is DRS Designs. Please visit their website to see the beautiful products they have.  Thank you to DRS Designs for providing an image for the design team members to use - I chose this amazing sentiment called "Song In My Heart".  I thought this would be a really versatile sentiment for wedding, anniversary or even Valentines Day.  I used the Softly Falling embossing folder from Stampin' Up and a die cut flower (sorry - can't remember where it came from). A few pearls finished off the card.
