Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. PIP Challenge 2335

 

Happy Monday and Happy Labor Day!!  It's another PIP Challenge......this one is sponsored by Varada Sharma. Thank you to Varada for providing images for the design team members to work with!  You can see her entire product line at Varada Sharma.  I went way out of my comfort zone this week and tried to use BOLD colors...and lots of them!!  The background had been sitting on my desk for awhile so I thought I'd finally use it.  I colored the balloon and flowers with Copic markers and used Glossy Accents over the whole image.  My inspiration comes from a recent kite flying weekend along the Lake Michigan shore in Wisconsin.  I hope you'll join our Challenge 2335 and uplink your image for a chance to win a $10 gift certificate from Varada Sharma.  Thanks so much for stopping by - have a great week!
