Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. PIP Challenge 2412

 

It's Monday morning, and you know what that means!!!  It's another PIP Challenge!! This one is Challenge 2412, and our sponsor this week is the wonderful Newton's Nook!! They have been a long-time supporter of PIP Challenges, and we appreciate them very much!! I hope you'll check out Newton's Nook website to see their entire product line (you'll have a blast!!) Newton is a favorite of mine, and I used "Newton's Day Dream" set for my card this week.  Colored with Copic markers, I layered the image on a piece of colored cardstock from my stash, and then again on white cardstock.  A few gems were added for embellishment.  And I hope you'll stop by Challenge 2412 and uplink your creation for a chance to win a prize from Newton's Nook.  Have a great week!!

    Hi Terri: What a fabulous card. Newton seems to have an ongoing theme of either napping or having serious fun. I just love that cat. Thank you for sharing this darling card to inspire us at Pammie's. I greatly appreciate you, your card, and all the DT does to support the challenge/blog. Your card is just as sweet as could be.
