Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers introduced me to crafting as a little girl through crocheting and embroidering on dish towels. I was HOOKED!! Over the years I discovered that stamping and card making are my faves. And what makes it even better is that my 2 sisters like it also! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! MFP Speedy Fox & Friends Challenge 268


Well, after a few tries I think I've got it!  :-)     First I tried to make a background scene using different colors....nope.  Then an ocean blue color for a fun summer card....nope.  I finally settled on this and used stamps from MFP's "Take Time" set.  I hope you like it!

I embossed the front white panel and edged with green ink, added the die cut butterfly in the lower left corner and added the sentiment in the top right corner.

MFP 265 Die Cut Designs


MFP Challenge 265. - Die Cut Designs

It was fun making a design with die cuts this week. I chose squares and turned them into diamonds. I cut a bunch of squares out of coordinating purple paper and tried to use each each color a couple of times.  My sentiment is from the MFP "All Postal " stamp set.

Thank you to Mark's Finest Papers for choosing my card as the winning entry for this challenge.  I earned the "Holiday Tags" stamp set.
