PIP Challenge 1808

I ended up posting 2 cards, because I couldn't decide which one I liked better!  Please leave a comment and let me know which is your favorite.....I'd love to know!  On both cards, I used colored pencils and paper from the stash.  On the purple card, I used a Fun Stampers Journey grass die cut and an unknown fence die cut.  On the other card I used oval die cuts.  Both cards were very fun to make.  I appreciate you stopping by...check out our Challenge 1808 to see the other design team members' awesome inspiration, and join us with your linked project for a chance to win some Bugaboo product!  Have a wonderful day!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge #380 (Sketch Challenge)

Welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge #380, a sketch challenge sponsored by Sasayaki Glitter.  They generously provided this "Party Chooks" image for the design team to use, and I had so much fun working with it!  Please visit their website to see the other adorable images as well as other product.

I colored these little chooks with Copic markers and added just a little sparkle pen from Crafters Companion to their hats.  Following the sketch, I used orange ribbon, blue pennants and black gem stones to finish off the card.  I hope you will join us at this week's challenge...I'd love to see your take on the sketch!  Thank you for stopping by, and have a wonderful day!

PIP Challenge 1806

We are very happy to have them as a sponsor and thank them for providing an image for the design team to use.  Please visit their site and see all the wonderful products they offer!  I chose this adorable image called "A Cuddle Makes It All Better".  I colored the image with Copic markers, then used a circle die cut and layered it on a scalloped circle. I used a Martha Stewart edge punch to make the decorative edging, then layered it on some blue cardstock from my stash.  A matching ribbon and a few sequins finishes up the card. It's time for another awesome challenge at Tuesday Throwdown, where our theme this week is "Confetti".  Our sponsor is Sparkle N Sprinkle.  Be sure to check out their huge selection of products!  I used an image called "Birthday Friends".  It reminded me so much of a Red Hat celebration, so that's what Copic colors I used.  The confetti stamp is from Close to My Heart and the sentiment is from Penny Black.  I added a few sequins for embellishment. PIP 1805

Welcome to PIP Challenge 1805, an Anything Goes challenge, sponsored this week by Newton's Nook Designs.  I'd like to thank Newton's Nook for providing a discount to the design team members.
