Welcome to another PIP Challenge.....an "Anything Goes" Challenge sponsored this week by Bugaboo Stamps. They graciously supplied an image for us to use, and I chose this adorable "Nuts About Gardening" image. Thank you Bugaboo!! Please visit Bugaboo Stamps to see all their wonderful products.
I ended up posting 2 cards, because I couldn't decide which one I liked better! Please leave a comment and let me know which is your favorite.....I'd love to know! On both cards, I used colored pencils and paper from the stash. On the purple card, I used a Fun Stampers Journey grass die cut and an unknown fence die cut. On the other card I used oval die cuts. Both cards were very fun to make. I appreciate you stopping by...check out our Challenge 1808 to see the other design team members' awesome inspiration, and join us with your linked project for a chance to win some Bugaboo product! Have a wonderful day!
About Me
- Terri Winske
- Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....follow along if you'd like and see what we can create!!
This is such a cute pair of cards Terri!! I am in love with the sentiment especially!! I love it when I want to keep making cards with the same stamp! It seems like each one encourages me to do another with a small (or big) change!! I just love the soft texture you but on the nuts too, along with your shading! (PS I am a gardening nut too!! & I'm thinking Spring!!)
ReplyDeleteYou are a nut! Love them both but I think #1 is my favorite. Your coloring really pops on the white and your die cuts are a such a perfect compliment.
