Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers introduced me to crafting as a little girl through crocheting and embroidering on dish towels. I was HOOKED!! Over the years I discovered that stamping and card making are my faves. And what makes it even better is that my 2 sisters like it also! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! PIP Challenge 1809

Welcome to PIP Challenge 1809, an "Anything Goes" challenge sponsored by Ching-Chou Kuik Digis.  I would like to thank our sponsor for providing an image for our team members this week.  I chose this beautiful one called "Hydrangea in a Bow".  Please be sure to visit their website to see all of their beautiful designs!!

I colored the image with Copic markers and added some eye shadow with Spectrum Noir metallic pencils. It's hard to see in the picture, but there are also accents with Spectrum Noir sparkle pens in the flowers and in her hair. I used a nested die cut (sorry - I don't know the brand) to frame her and used a Darice embossing folder on the top layer.  The final touch was a bow in the middle.  I didn't add a sentiment yet....saving that part for when I need the card.  It will probably be either a birthday card or "thinking of you" card.  Please check out our challenge this week and see the other beautiful creations by the design team members.  Thank you for stopping by, and have a wonderful day!
