About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers introduced me to crafting as a little girl through crocheting and embroidering on dish towels. I was HOOKED!! Over the years I discovered that stamping and card making are my faves. And what makes it even better is that my 2 sisters like it also! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning different techniques and trying new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....follow along if you'd like and see what we can create!!

PIP Challenge 2505

It's a Lawn Fawn-sponsored challenge from PIP Challenges!!  Woo Hoo!! This image is from the "Bee Mine" set and is so appropriate to start off the month of February!! We are so blessed to have Lawn Fawn as one of our sponsors and appreciate their continued support of PIP Challenges! I was taught a new technique this past weekend and used it on this card.  Layered strips of designer paper surrounding a center focal point. The bee is colored with Spectrum Noir Tri Blend marker. I hope to see your creation in our Challenge 2505 and wish you the best of luck in the winner's drawing!

PIP 2503

Pip 2503, sponsored by Whimsy Stamps, is an Anything Goes Challenge.  Please check out all their awesome product line at Whimsy Stamps.com.  We are so happy they sponsor our challenges and offer an opportunity for our participants to win something!!  I colored this image with Copic markers and added some highlights with a Stardust Jelly Roll pen on the snow.  I used a frame from my die cut stash and placed this on a black layer and then on white cardstock. I hope you'll join us this week at PIP Challenge 2503. Happy Crafting!
