Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers introduced me to crafting as a little girl through crocheting and embroidering on dish towels. I was HOOKED!! Over the years I discovered that stamping and card making are my faves. And what makes it even better is that my 2 sisters like it also! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! MFP Challenge 15


MFP Stamps Challenge 15 - Faux Patina

I used one of Marks' paper dolls for my image this week. I colored her dress and hair with Copic markers. For the tutorial colors I used Tim Holtz distress inks: Antique Linen, Tumbled Glass, Forest Moss and Walnut Stain.  Looking at it now I should have used more Tumbled Glass and Forest Moss because these colors didn't show up very well.  I liked the tutorial.....it's great for that "antique" or "vintage" look.
