Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. PIP Challenge 1701


Welcome to Pammies' Inky Pinkies (PIP) Challenge 1701, a brand new card challenge starting today!! Challenges run from Monday at midnight CST through Sunday at 6:00 pm CST.  Each challenge is ANYTHING GOES unless the Monday falls on the 5th Monday of a month....then that challenge will have a theme that must be followed. 

Our sponsor for this first challenge is MHK Designs. I chose the  "Butterfly Wisdom" set for my card.  The strawberry plant and butterfly were colored with Copic markers and mounted on a piece of green cardstock before being layered onto the base card.  I mounted the sentiment on the same green cardstock and popped it up with pop dots.

    Beautiful card Teri! I love the way you colored the strawberry plant and added the butterfly! the layered matting really shows it off perfectly :)
