Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers introduced me to crafting as a little girl through crocheting and embroidering on dish towels. I was HOOKED!! Over the years I discovered that stamping and card making are my faves. And what makes it even better is that my 2 sisters like it also! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 370

Welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge!  This week's theme is "Ribbon and Lace" and is sponsored by Kitty Bee Designs.  I was so delighted to work with one of their images....please do check out their website!!  I used this sweet "Santa Owl" image and colored it with Copic markers.  I embossed the red cardstock with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and glued down 2 pieces of white lace. I layered a piece of patterned paper on black cardstock and tied a piece of green ribbon around it. I mounted the owl image on a black scalloped circle and added 3 red rhinestones for the berries and some sparkle pen on the brim of the hat.  I popped up a "Merry Christmas" sentiment in the lower corner.
