Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 412

Hello, and welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 412, sponsored by All Dressed Up.  Our theme this week is "For a Cause".  Thank you very much to All Dressed Up for providing an image for the design team members to use.  This cutie is from the image "Little Summer Girl 4".  Visit their website HERE to see all the lovely products they have.

It was difficult for me to decide on a single cause for my card, because there are so many great causes out there.  I decided my cause was to lend a helping hand to anyone needing it, whether it be for cancer, depression, domestic violence, etc.  Providing support for your friend(s) in need is really important to me and I definitely want to help out in any way I can. The circle and butterfly dies are from Stampin' Up and provide a beautiful background for the image, which was colored with Copic markers.  The sentiment is also from Stampin' Up. Pearls were added for accent.
