About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....follow along if you'd like and see what we can create!!

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 455

Hello, and welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 455.  Our theme this week is "add a moving part" and our sponsor is All Dressed Up.  This adorable image is called "Baseball Bear". Thank you to All Dressed Up for providing an image for the design team members to use. I colored the image with Copic markers, then layered it on paper from my stash. I added a "Happy Birthday" sentiment (sorry - not sure where it is from). My moving part is the baseball itself. I cut it out and made a wobble ball using craft ribbon wire.  I think I will send this to my great-nephew for his birthday later this month.  He sits at a lot of baseball games and I think he will like it.  When he's old enough, I'm sure he will be a great player too! Please visit our Challenge 455 and get your creation uploaded for a chance to win a prize from All Dressed Up.  Thanks so much for stopping by!
