Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 361

Hello and welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 361!  Our theme this week is "Fantasy" and our wonderful sponsor is AliciaBel.  My adorable mermaid image is called "Smug Little Mermaid" and she is colored with Copic markers.  I used stamp sets from Fun Stampers Journey to complete my card....the background wave stamp, the starfish and the sentiment.  I popped up the wave piece and one of the starfish with pop dots and added a few rhinestones for bling on the mermaid.  Please visit our wonderful sponsor and also check out the other great cards by our design team members at this week's challenge.  I'm looking forward to seeing your "fantasy" creation there.  Thanks so much for stopping by, and have a wonderful day!

    Cute, cute, cute! Love the sun, the waves, how she is swimming between those waves...most of all, I love your sentiment and how you colored her tail! Makes me want to be a mythical siren of the sea.
