About Me

My photo
Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Thanks so much for stopping by....follow along if you'd like and see what we can create!!

PIP Challenge 1836

Hello!!  It's time for Pammies Inky Pinkies (PIP) Challenge #1836, an Anything Goes challenge, sponsored this week by Di's Digis.  Thank you to Di's Digis for being a wonderful sponsor and supporter of PIP Challenges.  Check out all their wonderful images HERE.

I wanted to make a card this week for my nephew's wedding.  I used a Stampin' Up embossing folder (Lovely Floral) and embossed it on a piece of wedding invitation paper I had. It's hard to tell from this picture, but I used a Spectrum Noir clear sparkle marker in the petal areas of the flowers.  I added a sentiment from Fun Stampers Journey and a triple bow of silver thread.

Please visit our challenge this week to see some great inspiration from the other design team members and get your creation linked up for a chance to win a wonderful prize from Di's Digis.  Thanks for stopping by, and have a wonderful day!

    1. Thank you, Carol, for your nice comment. I really liked how this monogrammed card turned out.......hadn't experimented much with monochrome before so was a little apprehensive about it. I'm glad you liked it!
