Hi, my name is Terri. My grandmothers taught me how to crochet and embroider on dish towels when I was a little girl, and that started my love of crafting. Over the years I tried different things but my favorite is still stamping and card making. And what makes it better now is that my 2 sisters like it also!! It's fun when we can get together and make cards!! I love learning new ideas and techniques and give hope to others to step out of their comfort zone and try a few new things. Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 308 - Make it Sparkle



Welcome to Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 308, sponsored by Honey Bee Stamps.  Our theme this week is "Make it Sparkle".  I used the stamp set "Thanks" from Honey Bee Stamps, and made my white background very colorful with small stamps from the set.  I stamped the words in black ink and added Wink of  Stella to give them some glimmer.  I mounted the white piece on pink glitter card stock, which was then mounted on black glitter cardstock.  And sparkle, it does!!  I added a pink bow for the finishing touch.  Thank  you so much for stopping by - be sure to enter this week's challenge at Tuesday Throwdown for an opportunity to win some wonderful products from Honey Bee Stamps!

    Wow Terri that really does sparkle. Love the look pf the thank you stamp and how you used additional stamps from the set to make your background. Great card.
